Not a good lox bagel. If you want something for the same price and better quality in the same area go to Bagel & Bean. Tried this spot and ended up dissatisfied and hungry still.

The turkey BLT was so good and the bagel was delicious!! It’s kind of a hidden spot in the basement food court but I will definitely go back often. Highly recommend!!

Thanks food court it's in is kind of hidden and needs some sprucing up, but the food here is SO GOOD. The bagels are fantastic (in the top tier I've found as a new jerseyan in Chicago), and the service is great. Check it out!

Very unique place... to say the least! You enter the building on 105 W Madison St. Chicago, IL 60602 Then down the stairs and you find yourself in a basement turned a food court. The bagel were fresh, and with good amount of ingredients. The staff very nice and accommodating and the price - just right! We are giving it 5 'honorary' points for the effort and the service. Nothing presumptuous, just simple good bagels and a smile with a decent price and reasonable parking! If you are in downtown, close to Madison and Clark go to this place...

These little places are a little hard to find, but so worth it! Go through the main lobby and head downstairs. Devonte will take care of you like family. It was an awesome experience!
